Margo's Mixtures ships all items via UPS. Subject to availability, we ship items within 3 days of receiving the order. Items usually take 5 or 7 business days to get to you. If you want a rush order placed and shipped via courier, indicate this on your order, or call us at 1-877-461-2454. Appropriate increased shipping charges will apply.

The exact shipping to your location is shown during the checkout process, after you have entered your address but before you have entered your payment details.

Return Policy

If an item arrives at your door damaged, please return it immediately so we can replace it. All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Margo's Mixtures is not responsible for any damage that may occur when you return your order.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we cannot refund shipping charges. When we have received the merchandise, all refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase them. We will process your return as quickly as possible and confirm the refund by e-mail.

If you return your purchase and it is past 30 days and before 60 days from when the item was shipped you will be issued a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Returns past 60 days are generally not accepted. However, if special circumstances apply, contact us and an exception may be granted.
